CONFIRM YOUR TICKET WITH AN SMS
The service to reserve tickets with an SMS is reserved for clients who have a Sena or Fedelity Card. SMS ticket reservation must be confirmed at least half an hour in advance in any SENA ticket sale office, excluding the offices indicated on the web site as e-ticket.
To reserve with an SMS send a message to 320 2043040 from the phone of the SENA CARD holder.

HOW TO COMPOSE THE MESSAGE:
Here is an example to reserve the route Siena - Roma, time 14.08, 06 March with SENA/FEDELITY CARD number 9582
999.S.R.1400.0603.9582
As you can see the text of the message must have the departure time after the route (insert the first departure time from any destination) and the date with 4 numerals and no spaces, lastly the number of the SENA or FEDELITY Card.
For connections from/to Siena - Roma – Milano and Bologna the codes are:
B = Bologna
S = Siena
M = Milano
R = Roma
BB = Barberino
PG = Poggibonsi
CVD = Colle Val d'Elsa

RULES
1. The SENA or FEDELITY CARD is personal, and its use is strictly reserved to the holder. The use of a SENA or FEDELITY CARD by another person other than the holder, as well as its use after its expiration date, is not encouraged and legally persecutable.

2. With the SENA or FEDELITY CARD, while valid, you can purchase without limit tickets at a special price on SENA busses (for PERSONAL use only).

3. In the case of lost or stolen SENA or FEDELITY CARDS, the holder must immediately contact SENA s.r.l. via di Gabbricce, 14 - 53032 Castellina Scalo (SI) - tel 0577 306055 , and send a written confirmation and a copy of the police report (also via fax 0577 306056). The card holder will be responsible of the use of the card from the time it is delivered from the SENA offices..

4. The SENA or FEDELITY CARD holder must show the card along with the ticket , if the passenger doesn’t have the card he/she must pay the discount amount and a 3 euro fine.
